    Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

    Shipping and refunds

    For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

    This genuine Air-Way lower cord hook (Part #300014301) is the black plastic hook mounted near the base of the handle on the AW6500 upright vacuum. It anchors the bottom of your wrapped power cord, working with the upper hook to keep the cord coiled neatly for storage and out from underfoot.

    The lower hook takes the strain each time you unwrap the cord, so it's prone to cracking or snapping off. A replacement hook restores tidy, frustration-free cord management.
