Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This complete brush roll / agitator assembly (Part #700162400) is a genuine Air-Way replacement that also serves as the Carpet Pro brush roll, fitting a wide range of non-clutch upright vacuums. The brush roll's bristle rows and beater bar spin against the carpet to loosen dirt, lift the pile, and feed debris into the suction path.

Designed for non-clutch upright models, this agitator is a direct fit for Air-Way uprights AW6500, AW8500, and AW8600B, as well as Carpet Pro CPU2 and CPU2T uprights, and select Fuller and Simplicity machines that share the same brush-roll platform.
