Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This replacement brush roll pulley with edge cleaner and bearing fits Sharp uprights EC3520, EC3620, and EC3720, also referenced to model 3605 and part #F691*. The pulley drives the roll while the bearing lets it spin true and the edge cleaner works the carpet border.

A worn bearing adds noise and drag, and a chewed pulley can slip the belt, both of which cut agitation. Grinding, squeal, or a roll that will not spin freely signal replacement. A fresh unit restores smooth, driven rotation.
