Returns & Exchanges

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This is a concentrate meant for extraction equipment, mixed to the ratio printed on the jug before it goes into the machine's tank, not a ready-to-spray spotter reached for on a single mark. A sealed jug holds up well in storage, so buying ahead does not mean chemical going to waste before it gets used.
