    Shipping Information

    We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

    Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Expedited UPS Ground is available at checkout for an extra charge, including on orders that qualify for free standard shipping. See our Shipping Policy for details.

    Returns & Exchanges

    Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

    Return eligibility

    Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

    Shipping and refunds

    For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

    A genuine 40 foot power cord (SKU B435-1114B) for the Riccar R20P and R20UP and the Simplicity S20P and S20UP upright vacuums. Forty feet is what lets a full room, hallway or classroom get cleaned from a single outlet, and it is the length these machines were specified with from the factory.

    Cords fail from the outside in. Nicks from door frames and furniture legs, a plug that has been pulled by the cable one too many times, or copper broken inside the jacket at the strain relief all end the same way, with an intermittent machine that should be taken out of service rather than taped up.
