Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This 30-Foot Replacement Extension Cord is a pigtail cord for CleanMax Pro-Series commercial uprights, fitting the CMP-3N, CMP-3QD, CMP-3T, CMP-5T, and CMPS-QD2-2. It restores full reach to a machine whose cord has been damaged in service.

Cords take the worst abuse on a commercial vacuum: they get run over, yanked from outlets, and nicked on door frames until the insulation splits or a conductor breaks. A damaged cord is both a suction-interrupting nuisance and a real shock hazard. Because the Pro-Series uses a pigtail system, you replace this 30-foot section rather than retiring the whole machine, bringing it back to safe, full-length operation in minutes.
