Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Tornado's 95567A pairs vacuum recovery and a pressurized solution feed inside one 20-foot jacket, rated to withstand 100 PSI. Running both functions through a single hose means one line to drag across a floor, one to coil at the end of a job, and one pair of connections to check rather than two separate hoses to manage.

Pressure rating is the number to check first, before length or fitting style. Feeding a 100 PSI hose from a pump rated higher than that figure is a common way a hose fails mid-job, so match the rating stamped on your pump against the rating printed on the hose before connecting them.
