Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The 2-speed switch (part #430001007) is a replacement electrical control for the Oreck U2000RB-2L bagged upright vacuum. It governs on/off power and the selection between low and high motor speeds.

Electrical switches wear out through normal use as their contacts fatigue with each cycle. When this one fails, the vacuum may not turn on, cut out intermittently, or refuse to change speeds. Swapping in a new switch returns reliable power and full speed control to the machine.
