Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

ELECIR905V is a 15-amp, 220-volt central vacuum control board with a wire connection point, a speaker connection, and an onboard LED indicator, the rating that separates it from the lower-amperage board in the same Trovac range.

These boards are matched to the electrical rating of the unit they control rather than interchanged across ratings, so read the amperage and voltage off your existing board or the unit's own rating plate before ordering, since a board rated for the wrong supply can damage the motor it is meant to protect.

If the LED stops lighting or the speaker signal drops while the vacuum motor keeps running normally, the control board is the more likely point of failure to check first, since those two functions run through the board rather than the motor windings. Confirm the board's rating against the unit before swapping it in, since fitting the wrong voltage board risks damage well beyond the board itself.
