Shipping Information

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Control boards in a central vacuum power unit are matched to the motor's electrical rating, not swapped between units of different voltage or amperage, so confirm the rating stamped on your existing board or unit before ordering rather than going by model name alone, since two units in the same family can still be built for different supplies.

A board that no longer holds the unit's LED or drops the speaker signal while the motor itself still runs is the usual sign this component, rather than the motor, needs replacing, since the LED and speaker circuit run off the board and not off the motor windings directly.
