Returns & Exchanges

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This 35-foot beige crushproof blank hose (Part #5971250903A) offers a universal fit for central vacuum systems with standard 1-1/4 inch connections. It ships as a blank length, meaning the cuffs and handle are not included, which makes it well suited to hose repair or custom installations.
